  1. 1

    Upload

Add a song, ad or jingle. Your original file is kept exactly as it is.

  2. 2

    Embed

We add a unique Audio Link identity, designed to stay imperceptible to listeners.

  3. 3

    Measure

Every successful detection becomes campaign engagement you can count.

Hear the music, not the link.

The Audio Link sits inside the sound at a level designed to stay out of the music's way. Before anything goes live, you listen to the original and the Audio Linked version side by side.

Side-by-side listening happens in your Test Lab, with your own audio.

No app required to try it.

Listeners open the SonarTag Listener in their mobile browser, tap once and hold their phone near the sound.

The browser asks for microphone access first. Listening starts only after a tap and stops on its own.

Change the destination, not the audio.

The sound only carries an identity. Where it leads lives on the platform, so you can point it somewhere new after the audio is already out in the world.

Questions people ask first.

Will people hear the embedded signal?

It is designed to be imperceptible in normal listening, and you can compare both versions before you publish. How it sounds depends on the source audio and the profile you choose, so test it where it will actually play.

Do listeners need an app?

No. They use the SonarTag Listener in a supported mobile browser. The browser asks for microphone permission before the first listen.

Can I change the destination later?

Yes. The audio carries an identity, not a URL, so you can change where it leads at any time without replacing the file.

Does it work after MP3 or AAC compression?

Every output goes through automated checks, including common compression, before it is marked ready. Real-world results still vary with codecs, speakers and noise — that is why the Test Lab is part of the product.

Can I make different versions for TV and YouTube?

Yes. Channel variants give each placement its own Audio Link from the same original, so you can compare them.

Do you record microphone audio?

No. Detection is designed to run on the listener's device, and raw microphone audio is not sent to our servers during normal listening.

What happens if detection fails?

The listener gets clear tips — move closer, raise the volume, try again — and can use a fallback link if the campaign has one.

Can I use my own music?

Yes, as long as you have the right to process and use it. We ask you to confirm that when you upload.

Your audio already has attention. Give it an action.
